Ministry of Education and Science looks for experts for the New Ukrainian School reform:
• Education Content Expert/ Digital resources development specialist (Category 2) (Requirements)
•Legal / policy expert (NUS): National Education Electronic Platform NEEP (Category 2) (Requirements)

About the Reform Support Team
RST is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by the donors that provides targeted technical support and assists the Ministry in the design and implementation of the priority reforms. The RST consultants provide assistance in filling the capacity gaps in the design and implementation of priority reform strategies and programs, while strengthening links and partnerships between the Ministry’s priorities and relevant donor support.”
The focus of the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Education and Science will be on the implementation of the New Ukrainian School reform and the reform of technical and vocational education.
The team will consist of 21 experts who will work on the implementation of the concept of the "New Ukrainian School" and the on reform of vocational education. The recruitment will be carried out in several waves: 1) by May 2, 2019 -deadline for submission of applications for the vacancies of the management of the Team and assistant; 2) upon completing the acceptance of applications for the vacancies of the management and assistant of the Team, the next round of call for applications for the remaining vacancies will be announced. Information about this will be updated.
The funding source of this assignment is the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). The contributors are: Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Please note selection and contracting will be subject to MDA procedures and availability of funding.
