Our climate is changing with alarming consequences worldwide. As mankind is threatened by the collapse of ecosystems, showing solutions, telling a feel-good story… this may be the best way to solve the ecological, economic and social crises that our countries are going through. The movie Tomorrow reminds us how creative human beings are in overcoming adversity.
Events in five cities around Australia will focus on climate change starting on 12 September. University of Oxford's Alex Teytelboym will be delivering masterclasses on 'Green growth and green trade opportunities for Australia' in Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney. During the same week the film 'Demain'/Tomorrow will be premiering in Melbourne, Darwin, Adelaide, Sydney and Canberra of the thought provoking film shown at the commencement of the Paris talks. The film looks at the means towards a sustainable future, and its combination with the masterclasses on green growth are set to delineate the conversation with Australian policy makers, artists, ministers and schools throughout the week.
