The European Info (EUi) is a European information relay set up in universities, institutes, research institutes, professional schools, etc. to promote teaching, research, awareness of the EU.

An EUi was opened by the EU Delegation in November 2007, in the Centre for European Law and Integration (CELI). The Centre was created in 2006 at Yerevan State University under the auspices of the EU-funded project on the Establishment of a Chair for European and International Law and Centre for European Law and Integration at Yerevan State University and Partnership and Cooperation Agreement Promotion (ECEILAW). Now CELI is called Centre of European Studies (CES).

The European Club was established by the Centre for European Studies (CES) in cooperation with the EU Delegation to Armenia in May 2016 .

The aim of the project is to bring together academia and experts from Armenia and European universities and think tanks to discuss and debate over the most relevant issues of the geopolitics and the EU policy in the South Caucasus and Armenia, in particular.

The meetings are organized in a debate format with two main speakers, ideally having varying approaches to the problem discussed. The debate is facilitated by the CES and is held in ‘off the record’ format.

The invitees are local diplomatic missions, attachés responsible for political issues, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, experts and researchers, students (primarily MA in the fields of European studies, law, political science, international relations, sociology, conflict and regional studies), academia (professors, lecturers from various high education institutions), media, etc.
