New Call for Proposals for Civil Society Organisations in Central Asia published

 

The EU Service for  Foreign Policy Instruments has published a new Call for Proposals of the Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) titled "Support to civil society actors in promotion of Dialogue and Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE) in Central Asia" with a total budget of 2,000,000.00 EUR

 

The global objective of this call for proposals is to support cross-border and regional civil society initiatives to build sustainable, in-country capacities for effective prevention of violent extremism in Central Asia.

 

It includes two Lots: a) Lot 1 - National, cross-border and regional spaces for dialogue; and b) Lot 2 - Prevention of radicalisation of migrant workers and their families.

 

The specific objectives of this call for proposals are, for Lot 1 to support national, cross-border and regional spaces of dialogue to build sustainable, in-country capacities for effective prevention of violent extremism; and for Lot 2 to support cross-border and regional civil society initiatives addressing effective prevention of violent extremism among migrant workers, their families and communities.

 

The deadline for the full applications is the 23rd of August 2019, Vienna time.
