Study In Europe 2020 - First Digital Edition in Singapore

15.09.2020

Each year, the European Union (EU) Delegation to Singapore presents Study in Europe, a higher education fair to promote the many tertiary, higher education and research opportunities across Europe. The fair offers an opportunity to learn about the diverse education options, the range of courses, fee structures as well as bond-free scholarships.

This year, in response to the unprecedented times we find ourselves in, Study In Europe presents its first fully digital fair and sees an all-time high participation by 20 European countries and over 140 European universities. Participating countries will be hosting over 30 webinars, all of which are free.  Students can also join a special webinar to learn more about the EU’s flagship higher education programme, Erasmus+, which enables university students to study or intern in another country.

Says Barbara Plinkert, European Union Ambassador to Singapore: "The 14th edition of Study In Europe takes place during an exceptional period in our history as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact everyone globally. Given this situation, we at the EU in Singapore have re-positioned our key public diplomacy initiatives. Moving Study In Europe to a fully digital platform is not just the only option for us this year, it also underscores the EU's continued commitment to higher education in these unprecedented times."

The Fair takes place:

Saturday, Sept 26, 10am – 6pm
