Who we are
The European Union is represented in Australia by a Delegation in Canberra which was established in 1981 and is responsible for the conduct of official relations with Australia. The Delegation works closely with all the diplomatic missions of the EU Member States represented in Australia.
Acknowledgement of the Country
The European Union in Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work in Canberra, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples.
We honour their enduring connection to Country and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
