Mid-term review of the Multiannual Indicative Programme, covering 2011-2013
European Commission (EC) development cooperation with Yemen is based on a strategy paper covering the period 2007-2013. The Commission is currently preparing the next Multiannual Indicative Programme, covering 2011-2013. Before doing so, the underlying strategy is subject to a mid-term review to assess its continuous relevance and/or the need for readjustment. A specific concept note 
[49 KB] was designed to stimulate the discussions on EC-Yemen development cooperation priorities with EU Member States, the Government of Yemen (GoY), and relevant stakeholders such as International Financial Institutions, other donors and Civil Society Organisations.
