4. Contract notice “Aviation Forum“ 28/04/08

The service contract for the organisation of the Aviation Forum which will take place on 3-4 December 2008 has been awarded to: GOPA-Cartermill, Rue de Trèves 45, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. The value of the contract is €49,458.40. 

• The Directorate general External relations is planning to award a contract for the organisation of the Aviation Forum which will take place in Washington DC, United States in December 2008, in order to ensure the preparation, publication and execution of the event including supporting activities. The award of the contract will follow a negotiated procedure with at least five companies specialised in event organisation.
