Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Local Development (15/09/2011)

The European Union Delegation to Zimbabwe is pleased to announce that the European Commission will publish within the next 2 months two global calls for proposals within the framework of the thematic programme "Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development". Each of these two calls will be opened, as applicants or partners, to relevant organisations in partner countries of the EU:

- The first call will concern Non-State Actors within Objective 1b of the programme: "Actions in partner countries (multi-country interventions) for Non-State Actors". It will be published in the site of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation-EuropeAid on 16th October 2011.

- The second call will concern Local Authorities within the objectives 1b and 2 of the programme. Local Authorities in partner countries of the EU will be able to apply under objective 1 of the programme: "Actions in partner countries (multi-country interventions" for Local Authorities". It will be published in the site of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation-EuropeAid on 1st November 2011.
