Ambassador Hervio also called to attention the need for careful analysis and design of regional projects, the selection of the best sources of project financing, harmonised regulations and road sector reforms. He also recommended COMESA Member States to work closely with their respective National Authorising Officer of the EDF to propose both national and regional key infrastructure in the ongoing programming exercise for the next European Development Fund which will hopefully be available for infrastructure from 2015.
