Information and Communication Tenders in 2010

Under its annual Information and Communication budget the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine concluded the following contracts with registered legal entities to raise awareness of the EU, EU-Ukraine and EU-Belarus relations and cooperation:

1. EU-Ukraine competition for secondary school students on assistance and local development (maximum contract amount – EUR 75,000; Contractor: Nashe Radio)

2. Production and distribution of Eurobulletin newsletters for Ukraine and Belarus 2011-12 (maximum contract amount – EUR 120,000; Contractor: Key Communications);

3. EU news service and informational support for media in Ukraine and Belarus (maximum contract amount – EUR 59,999; Contractor: Internews Ukraine);

4. Ukrainian media monitoring on EU issues (maximum contract amount – EUR 59,999; Contractor: Internews Ukraine);

5. Production of EU publications for Ukraine (maximum contract amount – EUR 40,000; Contractor: Feniks publishing);

6. Production of promotional items for Ukraine and Belarus (maximum contract amount – EUR 30,000; Contractor: FGL Energy);

7. Support to the network of Euroclubs in Ukraine (maximum contract amount – EUR 30,000; Contractor: Ukrainian European Studies Association); 

8. Support to the network of the EU Information Centres (EUi) in Ukraine (maximum contract amount – EUR 22,000; Contractor: Action Global Communications); 

9. Organisation of Europe Days 2011 in Ukraine (maximum contract amount – EUR 30,000; Contractor: Key Communications);
