Delegation of the European Union to Sudan Training Internship for Outstanding Sudanese Students (25/10/2011)

The delegation of the European Union to Sudan is pleased to announce the internship for talented young Sudanese students in the Sudanese universities in the following areas: (Media and Journalism, Political Sciences, International Law and Relations, Human Rights). The internship is limited to a training period of 6 months. The training includes research, translation work, office, library and archives management, organization of events and activities. The intern will benefit from learning about the role of the European Union in Sudan and Africa will acquire highest levels of work and professionalism under the supervision of specialists in the field of International Relations. Internships at the Khartoum Delegation are offered exclusively on a volunteer (unpaid) basis. Preference is given to candidates available on a full-time basis, i.e., 35-40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday. The internship requirements are:
- The intern should have graduated recently after 2010 from a Sudanese university with an average grade of "very good" in the areas of media and Journalism, Political Sciences, International Relations, Human Rights and International Law.
- The intern should be available for a full time training throughout a period of six months.
- Fluency in English and use of computers efficiently.
- Pass the EU Delegation interview.
