The EU backs human rights and equality where it matters most, through civil society, partnerships and sustained funding. 65 countries still criminalise consensual same-sex relations. This must end, but words are not enough.
Indigenous women across the Amazon can offer some inspiring stories about how fragile communities are working to become more resilient to the security challenges that result from a changing climate.
Why take part? We aim to discover powerful stories from across the world: schools integrating sustainability or modernising training for green jobs; NGOs supporting vulnerable workers; employers reshaping job profiles; creators bringing climate knowledge to new audiences. These initiatives are transformative, yet their impact often remains local. The Green Skills Award gives them a global stage.
