XIII Meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee EU-Mexico, 25-28 November (25/11/2011)
The XIII Meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee European Union (EU) – Mexico initiated its works in Mexico. The objective of the meeting is to deepen the EU-Mexico relations through the inter-parliamentary dialogue, cooperation and exchange of experiences. The parliamentarians will evaluate the economic, political and social situation of Mexico and the EU. They will also discuss issues such as migration, security. The review of compliance of the Millennium Development Goals set by United Nations, as well as the international financial regulation and EU -Mexico cooperation under the G-20 will also form part of the agenda among other issues of common interest.
