Description: Project Pipeline and work on new commitments (Complete Annex 1) Strengthening of Livestock Services-Bhutan 2003/54708 EC 4.6 million Euro The objective of the project is to enhance livestock production targeting livestock production at the district/local level. This will be complementary to institutional strengthening of district officers and extension agents at geog level, which is in line with the ambitious decentralisation objective of the 9th FYP.
