Description: The primary objective is to improve the Human Resource policies, strategies and practices in place for the Health Sector in India in response to key challenges. Special focus is on: knowledge building, skill building and advocacy.
Location : States of Orissa (ill performing) and Andra Pradesh (well performing) as well as the Central Health Ministry (Delhi)
