Description: Improve health seeking behaviour and health equity of slum dwellers in 3 slums in Bhubaneswar, thereby reducing vulnerability to poor sexual and reproductive health outcomes and mitigating the impact of HIV.

Location : State: Orissa. Districts: Kurda & Bhubaneswar Target Groups: 8000 adolescent boys and girls, 300 female sex workers, 250 men who have sex with men, 400 injecting drug users, 900 people living with HIV/AIDS, 20 NGOs, 50 CBOs, 50 private practitioners, 60 nursing homes, 50 local police, 20 advocates, 20 local political leaders, 5 ward members.
