Description: The Delegation of the European Union to China is launching a call for tenders using negotiated procedure for a media monitoring service covering Chinese written and online news and commentary, as well as video news programs. The contractor should be able to monitor written and online news and commentary of Chinese media, as well as selected foreign media on EU and EU-China related topics and other topics designated by the Delegation, compiling daily, weekly, and special reports on the monitoring results in English, and in Chinese if requested by the Delegation. News gathering should be both on a national as well as provincial/local level if necessary.

Duration: 12 months.
