Overview

The EU's international development cooperation  with Brazil supports more than 100 projects all across the country. These focus in particular on sustainable development initiatives, governance, democracy, human rights, trade and regional integration, water and energy, human development, rural development, agriculture and food security, conflict prevention and various multi-sector projects. EU funding for projects in Brazil is given in the form of project grants and service contracts.
