The EU-China High-Level Strategic Dialogue is co-chaired by the High Representative / Vice President Catherine Ashton and State Councillor Dai Bingguo, China’s most senior interlocutor on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. The first meeting took place in Guiyang, China, on 1-2 september 2010.
