EU-Canada Summit, Québec City, 17 October 2008

EU and Canada leaders met on Friday 17 October in Québec city for their regular summit.

In addition to the international financial situation, issues featuring on the agenda this year included strengthening the economic partnership between the EU and Canada and a range of global and regional issues such as energy security, climate change and international peace and security.
