Vacancies: Accounting assistant ( post 1) and Temporary Receptionist ( post 2)  (10/08/2015)

The Delegation of the European Union to the State of Israel in Tel Aviv has the  following vacancies:

Accounting assistant ( post 1)

Job requirements :

  • Formal education which corresponds to upper secondary education and 2 years working experience from related field
  • An Israeli citizenship or a valid work permit

                        -      Fluency in Hebrew 

The Accounting Assistant is an administrative post and the daily work consists of processing external invoices - translation, encoding into the office's accounting software, preparing bank transfers - and on the other hand of a great variety of administrative support, such as filing, helping colleagues with various office internal procedures, supplier contacts etc.

We are looking for a resourceful and flexible self-starter, who is capable of carrying out the routine tasks with minimal supervision and is ready to solve problems and search for information on new procedures and requirements independently.

Temporary Receptionist ( post 2)

Job requirements :

  • 2 years working experience, previous experience in administrative duties would be an asset
  • An Israeli citizenship or a valid work permit

                        -      Fluency in Hebrew
