How the EU works

An EU course for members of the Icelandic Confederation of Labour (ASÍ) 27 March between 09:00-16:00, at Guðrúnartún 1, 4th floor. The course will be held in Icelandic.

Evrópustofa organizes the course entitled How the EU works for the members of the Icelandic Confederation of Labour as well as members of the Federation of State and Municipal Employees, in collaboration with ASÍ’s continuing educational services, Félagsmálaskólinn.

The course will cover the EU, its history and main institutions and how decisions are made within the EU. Furthermore, Iceland and EU relations through the EEA will be discussed as well as EU policies in regional affairs, education and labour market issues.

The course, which is only open to ASÍ og BSRB members, is held at Guðrúnartún 1, 4th floor, 27 March between 09:00-16:00, by Auðbjörg Ólafsdóttir and Halldór Grönvold.
