Brussels, May 2016. To celebrate Europe Day, the European External Action Service and the Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability Directorate opened their doors to the public on 28 May, in Brussel. Representatives from the ongoing EU Missions and operations were invited to participate and share information on their activities with the public. On the occasion, Mikko Harjulehto, the Spokesman of EUPOL Afghanistan together with Adina Lupulescu, Press and Public Information Officer and Marcel Kolacek, EUPOL adviser to the Afghan Ministry of Interior had the honour to represent EUPOL Afghanistan and directly communicate the Mission’s outcomes and challenges to the public in Brussels.
